- Carry out any activities related to securities depository including but not limited to: Register securities trading code; Open depository account; Deposit securities; Withdraw Securities; Pledge and release securities; Transfer securities;...

- Reconcile the results of securities purchasing and selling transactions;

- Process money transfers simultaneously with securities transfers according to VSDC's payment regulations;

- Reconcile and manage the investors' asset portfolios on a daily basis;

- Monitor and deposit certificates to vault according to the client' purchase agreement.

- Announce and exercise a wide array of corporate action events such as: dividend, coupon, redemption, bonus issues, right subscription, voting rights, swaps, merger shares, and other rights as prescribed by prevailing laws.

- Used for large volume transactions or trading of securities that are not listed on the Stock Exchange;

- ACB acts as an agent to protect the the parties' interests in accordance to the agreement's terms and conditions.

- Register secured transaction with Authority agencies to secure all payment obligations of the Issuer arising out of the Bonds

- Monitor events of the pledged assets and work with the Issuer and related parties to supplement additional pledge assets if arising.
