For a guarantee letter that has been recorded in ACB’s system, please compare the information displayed on the verification page with the hard-copy you hold by following the steps below:

+ Step 1: Visit https://online.acb.com.vn/

+ Step 2: Select “Inquiry”

+ Step 3: Select “Guarantee letter inquiry”

+ Step 4: Enter the information printed on the physical guarantee letter.

An original guarantee letter issued by ACB can be identified by the following:

+ The letter is printed on security watermark paper bearing slightly visible lotus design;

+ Security fibers are visible when UV backlight is shined onto the paper;

+ Information such as letter number, guarantee amount, applicant, beneficiary, and validity period must exactly match the information displayed on verification page.

Important notice: Please do not accept the guarantee letter if there is any inconsistent or mismatching information, or if the physical guarantee letter does not bear the security features mentioned above.
