Western Union (10-digit tracking number)

A. Receive Western Union transfers

1.Receive Western Union transfer at the counter:

The recipient comes to the nearest ACB - Western Union transaction point: Refer to the Western Union money receiving network

Fill in the “To Receive money” form with: tracking number (10-digit MTCN); Recipient’s name; Sender's name; sending country; Amount expected to receive (+/- 10%)

Give the “To Receive money” form with personal identification (ID/Passport) to the teller

2.Receive Western Union transfer on ACB online

Clients can receive money anytime, anywhere, without receipt form or personal identification:

Log in to your ACB Online account to register for the service

Select the registered current account (VND or USD account) to receive fund in the corresponding currency

Input transaction information (MTCN, amount, sending country ...) & verify information for the system to process the transaction

Money is credited into account as soon as the transaction is completed

B. Transfer money abroad via Western Union:

At ACB's branch/sub-branch:

Sender fills request form for money transfer and "To Send Money" form, attaches required documents for specific recipients and transfer purposes.

For Vietnamese people: money transfer must comply with regulations

For foreigners: proof of source of money must be enclosed

Expenses for studying abroad

Medical treatment abroad

Abroad business trip

Traveling/visiting abroad

Payment of fees and charges at other country

Support for relatives living abroad

Transfer of inheritance money to overseas heirs
