Instructions for transactions
Receiving MoneyGram transfers (8-digit reference number) at the counter:
- Recipient should come to the nearest ACB – MoneyGram transaction point: Refer to the MoneyGram receiving network
- Fill in the Receive Form: Reference number (8 digits); Recipient’s name; sender's name; sending country; Amount expected to receive
- Give the Receive Form with personal identification (ID/Passport) to the teller
- Receive money (USD/VND)
