Mr. Do Minh Toan - Member

Served on ACB’s Board of Directors since April 2023.

He joined ACB in 1995 and has held various positions: Head of the Corporate Banking Division, Executive Vice President, President and CEO, and Assistant to Chairman of the Board of Directors. Currently, he is Chairman of the Members’ Council of ACBS. He previously worked at Representative Office of ING Barings Bank from 1993 to 1995.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in banking from Banking University HCMC (BUH) and a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade from University of Economics HCMC (UEH), a bachelor’s degree in law from HCMC University of Law, and an MBA from Columbia Southern University (CSU), USA.
