Fund Services

Process fund accounting activities and supervise fund's activities in order to guard the investors' interests

Fund Accounting

- Record daily purchases/ sales and cash inflows/ outflows of funds to ensure the collection of dividends and interests;

- Calculate the fund's net asset value (NAV), specifically income and accrued expense and the pricing of securities at market value; total returns and other performance measures of the fund to meet client's reconciliation needs or regulatory reporting requirement;

- Reconcile with holding balance recorded by Custodian bank and securities companies;

- Manage and filing of the fund's financial records.

Supervisory Bank

- Supervise investment payment, reporting and information disclosure requirement in accordance with prevailing laws and the charters of funds/ asset management companies/ securities investment companies;

- Verify the reports prepared by asset management company/ securities investment company;

- Reconcile periodically accounting book, financial statement and trading activities of funds/securities investment companies;

- Report to SSC on the compliance status of funds/ asset management companies/ securities investment companies.
