Electronically signed transactions

A banking service allowing transactions via email with the required documents signed electronically. ACB will perform the transaction for businesses rather than the businesses go to the counter to perform the transaction as in the traditional way.

  • How it works: businesses conduct transactions through documents signed with electronic signatures provided by providers accepted by ACB and sent to ACB via email.
  • Procedure: 
    After signing an electronic signature contract, customer performs the following steps: 
    1. Prepare digital documents using ACB’s forms. 
    2. Convert the documents to PDF files.
    3. Sign PDF files with electronic signature(s)
    4. Send documents to ACB.
