Notice of establishment of Le Chan transaction office

- Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating Regulations on operation network of commercial banks;
- Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9/ 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam regulating the operation network of commercial banks;
- Pursuant to the legal document No. 6429/NHNN-TTGSNH dated September 9, 2021 of the State Bank of Vietnam approving the establishment of a transaction office by ACB;
- Pursuant to the legal document No. 952/HAP-TTGS dated August 8, 2022, of the State Bank of Vietnam - Hai Phong City Branch on approval to change the location of the transaction office,

1. Name: A Chau Joint Stock Commercial Bank - THUY NGUYEN BRANCH - LE CHAN TRANSACTION OFFICE.
2. Location: No. HA4.01 Vinhomes Marina Urban Area, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
3. Opening date: September 6, 2022
