- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 9196/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 29/11/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approval of the establishment of ACB sub-branches;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 779/VPH-TTGS dated 14/08/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in Vinh Phuc Province on the approval of relocating Yen Lac sub-branch under Asia Commercial Bank – Vinh Phuc Branch,
