Announcement On the establishment of ACB sub-branches

- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30/6/2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks; 

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 9196/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 29/11/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approval of the establishment of ACB sub-branches;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 1676/BDU3 dated 16/10/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in Binh Duong Province approving the relocation of Bau Bang Industrial Park Sub-branch, VSIP2 BD Branch of Asia Commercial Bank;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 1705/BDU3 dated 22/10/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in Binh Duong Province approving the relocation of An Tay Sub-branch, VSIP2 BD Branch of Asia Commercial Bank,

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce on the establishment of An Tay sub-branches and Bau Bang Industrial Park sub-branches, as follows:

1. An Tay sub-branches:

a. The name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – VSIP 2 – BINH DUONG BRANCH – AN TAY SUB-BRANCHES.

b. Location: 

- Previous address: Land lot no. 24, map no. 15, Hung Vuong Street, An Tay Commune, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.

- New address: Land lot no. 71, map no. 37, Hamlet 2, An Tay Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province. 

c. Opening for business: November 19, 2024.

2. Bau Bang Industrial Park Sub-branch:

a. The name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – VSIP 2 – BINH DUONG BRANCH – BAU BANG INDUSTRIAL PARK SUB-BRANCHES.

b. Location: 

- Previous address: Land lot no. 387, map no. 43, National Route 13, Lai Uyen Town, Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province.
- New address: Land lot no. 6629, map no. 43, Lai Uyen Town, Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province. 

c. Opening for business: November 28, 2024.
