Announcement On Renaming And Relocating Giang Van Minh Sub-Branch

- Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated 09/9/2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated 28/01/2022 amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated 09/9/2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No.1898/HAN-TTGS2 dated 15/07/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in  Ha Noi City on the approval of relocating Giang Van Minh Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Bank,

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce Giang Van Minh Sub-branch shall be relocated and renamed as follows:

1. Previous name and address:

- Name: Asia Commercial Bank – Thang Long Branch – Giang Van Minh Sub-branch

- Address: 2nd Floor, No.142 Doi Can Street, Doi Can Ward, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi City

2. New name and address:

- Name:  Asia Commercial Bank – Thang Long Branch – Hoai Duc Sub-branch

- New address: A41 – LK4, Lots no. 1, 2, 3, 4, Le Trong Tan new urban area, An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City.
