- Pursuant to Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks, and Circular No. 11/2026/TT-NHNN dated May 19, 2026, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN;
- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 3655/KV1-QLGS1 dated 10/8/2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No. 1 on the approval of relocating ACB Tran Duy Hung Branch,

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank would like to announce Tran Duy Hung Branch shall be relocated as follows:

1. Name: Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Tran Duy Hung Branch.

2. Location:
- Previous address: No.216, Trần Duy Hưng Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Ha Noi City.
- New address: No.5, Mac Thai Tong Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Ha NoiCity.

3. Grand opening: October 26, 2026
