- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30/6/2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks; 

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 9195/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 29/11/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approval of the establishment of ACB Branch;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No.913/QUN3 dated 16/10/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in Quang Ninh Province on approved of relocating Asia Commercial Bank – Mong Cai Branch,

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank is pleased to announce Mong Cai Branch shall be relocated as follows:

1. Branch's name: Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Mong Cai Branch

2. Location:

- Previous address: No. 44B, Hung Vuong Street, Hoa Lac Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province

- New address: No. 69 and 71, Hoa Binh Boulevard, Tran Phu Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province

3. Opening for business: November 4, 2024
