- Pursuant to Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks, and Circular No. 11/2026/TT-NHNN dated May 19, 2026, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN;
- Pursuant to Legal Document No.4330/KV1-QLGS1 dated 11/09/2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No. 1 on the approval of relocating ACB Ha Thanh Branch,

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank would like to announce Ha Thanh Branch shall be relocated as follows:

1. Name: Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ha Thanh Branch.

2. Location:

- Previous address: 2nd and 3rd Floors, Bao Tien Phong Building – Branch 2, Lot D29, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City.
- New address: 1st Floor, 1A Floor, and 2nd Floor, Building No. 82 Duy Tan, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City.

3. Grand opening: October 26, 2026
