ANNOUNCEMENT ON RELOCATING DI AN SUB-BRANCHES

- Pursuant to Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks, and Circular No. 11/2026/TT-NHNN dated May 19, 2026, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN;
- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 5035/KV2-GS2 dated 04/06/2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No. 2 on the approval of relocating Di An sub-branches under Asia Comercial Bank,

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank would like to announce Di An sub-branches shall be relocated as follows:

1. Name: Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Thuan An Branch - Di An sub-branches.

2. Location:

- Previous address: No. 39–41, Nguyen An Ninh Street, Administrative Center Area, Nhi Dong 2 Quarter, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- New address: No. 238–240, GS01 Street, Green Square Urban, Commercial and Service Area, Nhi Dong 2 Quarter, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Grand opening: August 03, 2026
