ANNOUNCEMENT ON RELOCATING CHO LON BRANCH

Pursuant to:

- Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 12, 2025 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks and Circular No. 11/2026/TT-NHNN dated May 19, 2026 amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN;
- Legal Document No. 2219/KV2-GS2 dated March 20,2026 of the SBV Regional Branch on relocating Cho Lon Branch;
- Decision no. 2768.1 /TCQĐ-HĐQT.26 dated June 18, 2026 by the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank on relocating Cho Lon Branch,

Asia Commercial Bank would like to announce that Cho Lon Branch shall be relocated as follows:

- Current address: No. 747, Hong Bang Street, Binh Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- New address: No. 743/1A-745-747, Hong Bang Street, Binh Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Tentative grand opening date: July 20, 2026
