Announcement on relocating and renaming Da Kao Sub-branch

Pursuant to:
-Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30/6/2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the operational network of commercial banks and the Circulars amending certain articles of Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN;
-Legal Document No. 4359/KV2-GS2 dated September 11, 2025 State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No. 2 approving the relocation of Da Kao Sub-branch of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank;
-Proposal on renaming DaKao Sub-branch dated February 05, 2025 of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank,

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce that Da Kao Sub-branch shall be relocated and renamed, as follows:

   - Name: Asia Commercial Bank – Sai Gon Branch – Da Kao Sub-branch
   - Address: No. 45, Vo Thi Sau Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

  • New name and address:
   - Name: Asia Commercial Bank – Sai Gon Branch – Gia Dinh Sub-branch
   - Address: No. 61, Le Van Duyet Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
