- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30/6/2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks; 

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 9196/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 29/11/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam on approval of the establishment of ACB sub-branches;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 1124/STR-TTGSNH dated 06/8/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam in Soc Trang Province on the approval of relocating Tran De sub-branches,

1. The name: Asia Commercial Bank – Soc Trang Branch – Tran De Sub-branches 

2. Address: No 55, Nam Song Hau Street, Dau Giong Hamlet, Tran De Town, Tran De District, Soc Trang Province.

3. Operation and Grand opening: September 04, 2024
