Announcement On establishing Hoang Quoc Viet Branch

- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the operational network of commercial banks; 

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 7341/NHNN-TTGSNH dated September 06, 2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam approving the establishment of ACB branches;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 3896/TCQĐ-HĐQT.25 dated July 29, 2025 by the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the establishment of the Hoang Quoc Viet Branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank.,

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce on establishing Hoang Quoc Viet Branch as follows:

1. The name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – HOANG QUOC VIET BRANCH

2. Address: No. 365–367, Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Do Ward, Ha Noi City.

3. Grand opening: August 16, 2025
