- Pursuant to Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks, and Circular No. 11/2026/TT-NHNN dated May 19, 2026, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 61/2025/TT-NHNN;
- Pursuant to Resolution No. 16/NQ-HĐND dated June 25, 2026, of the People's Council of Hiep Hoa Commune approving the Plan for organizational restructure of villages in Hiep Hoa Commune, Bac Ninh Province,
