Announcement of establishment of An Bien transaction office and Ly Nhan transaction office

- Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating Regulations on operation network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9/ 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam regulating the operation network of commercial banks;

-Based on the legal document No. 6429/NHNN-TTGSNH dated September 9, 2021 of the State Bank of Vietnam on the approval of ACB to set up a transaction office;

-Based on the legal document No. 456/HNA-TTGSNH dated July 29, 2022, of the State Bank of Vietnam - Ha Nam Province Branch on approval to change the location of Ly Nhan Transaction Office;

-Based on the legal document No. 375/KGI-TTGSNH dated August 2, 2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam - Kien Giang Province Branch on the change of address of An Bien Transaction Office under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Chau,
