ANNOUNCEMENT CLOSE OF UONG BI SUB-BRANCH

- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30/6/2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks and the Circulars amending certain articles of Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN;
- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 3484/KV6-QLGS1 dated 26/11/2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No.6 on approval of the close of Uong Bi Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Quang Ninh Branch;
- Pursuant to Decision No. 5897/TCQĐ-HĐQT.25 dated 05/12/2025 by the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the close of Uong Bi Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Quang Ninh Branch;

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce Uong Bi Sub-branch shall be closed as follows:

- Name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – QUANG NINH BRANCH – UONG BI SUB-BRANCH
- Address: No. 151 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Yen Thanh 1 Zone, Uong Bi Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
- End of operation date: 08/01/2026
- Quang Ninh Branch shall assume all rights, obligations, interests, and responsibilities associated with Uong Bi Sub-branch, including the authority to manage and perform all duties related thereto.
