- Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated 09/9/2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on promulgating the Regulations on the operational network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated 28/01/2022 amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated 09/9/2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating the operational network of commercial banks;

- In accordance with Resolution No. 2170/TCQĐ-HĐQT.23 dated July 20, 2023 of the Board of Directors on branch network expansion in the 2023-2024 period,
