Announcement Close of Hoang Quoc Viet Sub-branch

- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the operational network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 2072/KV1-QLGS1 dated July 29, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No.12 on approval of the close of Hoang Quoc Viet Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ha Thanh Branch;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 3897/TCQĐ-HĐQT.25 dated July 29, 2025 by the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the close of Hoang Quoc Viet Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ha Thanh Branch

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce Hoang Quoc Viet Sub-branch shall be closed as follows:

- Name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – HA THANH BRANCH – HOANG QUOC VIET SUB-BRANCH

- Address: No. 365–367 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Do Ward, Ha Noi City.

- End of operation date: August 16, 2025

- Hoang Quoc Viet Branch shall assume all rights, obligations, interests, and responsibilities associated with Hoang Quoc Viet Sub-branch, including the authority to manage and perform all duties related thereto.
