Announcement Close of Chon Thanh Sub-branch

- Pursuant to Circular No. 32/2024/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2024 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the operational network of commercial banks;

- Pursuant to Legal Document No. 2855/KV2-GS2 dated July 22, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Branch No. 2 on approval of the close of Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 3807/TCQĐ-HĐQT.25 dated July 24, 2025 by the Board of Directors of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the close of Chon Thanh Sub-branch under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Binh Phuoc Branch;

Asia Commercial Bank is pleased to announce Chon Thanh Sub-branch shall be closed as follows:

- Name: ASIA COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK – BINH PHUOC BRANCH – CHON THANH SUB-BRANCH

- Address: No. 9, Group 2, Quarter 3, Chon Thanh Ward, Dong Nai Province.

- End of operation date: August 01, 2025

- Chon Thanh Branch shall assume all rights, obligations, interests, and responsibilities associated with Chon Thanh Sub-branch, including the authority to manage and perform all duties related thereto.
