Mr. Tu Tien Phat officially became the General Director of ACB, term 2022 - 2025

(HCMC) – Today, January 14, 2022, Mr. Tu Tien Phat was officially appointed as General Director of ACB, term 2022 - 2025.

Having worked for more than 25 years, having held many important positions and achieved many achievements in his work at ACB, Mr. Tu Tien Phat is the representative of the young generation of mature personnel and inherits the leadership spirit of ACB. The Bank is based on five core values: integrity, prudence, innovation, harmony and efficiency.

In his new position, Mr. Tu Tien Phat and the leadership team and employees continue to execute to complete the strategic tasks until 2025 approved by the Board of Directors. Specifically, ACB will invest and vigorously implement digital transformation in all operations; Changing the business model with the spearhead being Digital Bank in addition to maintaining the efficiency of traditional banks; Using and analyzing data to improve customer experience and risk management capabilities; Building an open, creative and dynamic working environment so that each individual has the opportunity to accompany the development of the organization.

Mr. Tran Hung Huy - Chairman of ACB's Board of Directors - said that the talented leadership team has always been the most important factor in the development journey of ACB since its establishment until now. The change of members of the Executive Board is a process of building and developing successors that has been planned in the long term to ensure ACB's sustainable and stable development.
