Mr. Nguyen Khac Nguyen was appointed Deputy General Director of ACB

(HCMC) – On January 15, 2022, Mr. Nguyen Khac Nguyen, Director of Human Resource Management Division of ACB, was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of ACB.

Mr. Nguyen holds a Master's degree in International Business from Curtin University (Australia). He has joined ACB since 2006 and has held many important positions at ACB over the past 16 years. He has demonstrated his ability through his achievements in two areas: brand communication and human resource management, contributing to building and innovating ACB's performance.

For brand communication, he built an internal communication system; systematizing core values, helping to name ACB's culture; led the process of transforming ACB's brand in 2015, infusing the "soul" of the brand into ACB's business practices.

For human resources, he established policies and procedures in income to create strong motivation for employees, develop talent training, build quality human resources to meet business goals, pioneer in bringing the spirit of WORK - LIVE - LEARN into ACB culture.

In his new position, Mr. Nguyen Khac Nguyen will join ACB's young and talented leadership team to implement the development strategy from now to 2024 according to the orientation approved by the Board of Directors.
