Conquer the energy polygon “ACB -THE NEXT BANKER 2022”

(HCMC) – Designed specifically for final year students who want to learn about the financial - banking sector, The Next Banker 2022 organized by ACB is expected to bring a real-life experience program, help shorten the route to become a full-time banker.

With the theme "Conquering the Polygon of Competency", The Next Banker 2022 revolves around the completion of 5 competency puzzle pieces including Knowledge - Skills - Experience - Attitude - Adaptability. Coming to the program, students will be able to participate in a variety of activities from product and skill courses to performing their jobs directly at the unit, as well as being consulted and given specific directions for the future. future in the banking-finance industry.

This is the 5th year in a row that ACB has invested and organized this practical experience program. Through experiences at The Next Banker, the program aspires to help students conquer their own multiplicity of abilities and become excellent bankers in the future.

Key timelines of the program:

►     Application Deadline: Until December 5, 2021

► Participating in the interview: November 8, 2021 – December 24, 2021

►     Receive results: 11/22/2021 – 02/01/2022
